the puppy bunch
Here's a story,
Of a lovely lady,
Who was bringing up nine very lovely pups.
All of them had hair of gold,
Like their mother,
The youngest one in curls.
3 weeks old!
The puppies took their first adventure outside! They also got their first bath. Since puppies take a while to be able to control their own temperatures, we didn't want to risk anything until they were 3 weeks old. It was a lot of fun to hold the clean puppies. Although it took no time at all to get all messy again.

lulu, the dam
we call lulu our lionheart, she is so loving and mellow. she loves to be with the family always. when it's time to relax she knows how to do that, and when it's time to play, she knows how to do that too...and it when it is time to look incredibly regal or silly she can throw that our way as well. :)
brutus, the sire
so what is Brutus like?
all boy. he has a ton of toys in the yard and so the backyard has become his kingdom.
he'll let you know it's his domain, but once you're in, you're a pal, and he wants to play.
he is a sweetheart and an amazing dog, how could he not be...he's a golden retriever!
